Product Information

Each House is Casa piece is made with care and might have slight variations—especially our one-of-a-kind and custom designs or embroidered details. These little differences are what make them so special, but please note that colors or patterns may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Our current packaging bags are made from a striped lilac and red fabric traditionally used for furniture—sturdy yet soft, with a history of adorning cherished spaces in the home. We’ve given it a new life as packaging, thoughtfully crafted to carry your special pieces with care.

These bags are as unique as the garments inside them, and once this fabric runs out, they will no longer be made—making each one a fleeting piece of House is Casa history. It’s our way of wrapping your order in something meaningful, blending tradition, sustainability, and a touch of home in every detail.

Payment Details

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Your payment is processed at checkout, so we can begin crafting your story without delay. Rest assured, your payment details are safe with us—your trust means the world to us.

Processing Your Order

We aim to process and ship standard items within 3–7 business days. Custom pieces may take longer, as they’re made just for you—our timelines will be shared during the consultation process. Once we’ve started working on your order, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.

Shipping

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your House is Casa treasures to your doorstep. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. We ship worldwide from our home to yours!

Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping within Spain : 3-5 business days

Standard shipping within Europe: 4-7 business days

Standard shipping to America, Asia, or Oceania: 8-15 business

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier issues.

International Orders

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Delays

We’ll keep you updated if there’s a delay on our end, but we can’t control third-party carriers (even though we wish we could!).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take care to pack every item securely, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at houseiscasa@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure it’s correct. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute packages once they’ve shipped. If an address error occurs, we’ll do our best to help, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your House is Casa pieces. If for any reason you’re not, we accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached. Please note that one-of-a-kind pieces and mending services are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Orders

At House is Casa, we’re thrilled to share our creations with customers around the world. However, due to the additional duties, taxes, and shipping costs involved, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders. We’re here to help ensure you love your piece before it ships!

Please note that we cannot process returns or exchanges for House is Casa pieces purchased from other retailers or secondhand.
